Hi There! I'm Rachel

I help individuals who are tired of yo-yo dieting, create a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

I'm a Dietitian & Certified Yoga Instructor focusing on mindfulness to help clients feel more connected with their body and find an intuitive way of eating. 

I've worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life and I absolutely love helping others to improve their relationship to food, balance eating habits and to find enjoyment in mindful exercise. 

I enjoy connecting with others and serving as a guide when it comes to nutrition and overall well-being. I work with clients in a holistic sense, meaning I take into account the complete human-being. Nutrition doesn't stand on it's own, there's many other influencing factors like stress and anxiety, schedules, knowledge around cooking and food preparation, family dynamics, managing other health conditions...etc. 

My program will allow you to feel a deeper connection with your body, find a balance with eating for both pleasure and nourishment and to feel confident in your eating habits.
