MINDFUL - A 12 Week Program
MINDFUL is a 12 week online program combined with one-on-one coaching sessions for personalized support. The program is a blend of mindfulness, yoga and nutrition to help you improve your relationship with food and overall eating habits.
This non-diet approach allows you to better understand your body and make food choices based on your personal needs. Throughout this amazing journey you will learn more about yourself and your patterns around food to make real sustainable changes for the long term.

Yoga, Meditation & Movement Sessions
These sessions can be utilized as a private yoga practice, or in a "workshop" format where we breakdown poses, transitions, the breath, or even the basics of yoga. I can also help you set goals to begin a yoga or movement practice.
Speaking Engagements
Rachel has extensive experience in presenting to corporate groups as well as more intimate groups. She has presented on various topics including basic nutrition, physical activity, meal-planning, work-life balance, yoga, beginning a meditation practice, food demos and self care.
